These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CallForgeOne's website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Description

CallForgeOne provides content creation, multi-channel outreach, and pipeline generation services on a per-qualified-call pricing model. We work with clients to produce content in their voice and execute outreach campaigns aimed at booking qualified meetings with decision-makers matching the client's ideal customer profile.

2. Pricing and Payment

Per-Call Pricing

Clients are charged per qualified booked call. A "qualified call" is defined as a meeting with a budget-holding decision-maker who attends the scheduled call. You are only charged if the call takes place.

Founding Client Rate

The founding client rate of $49 per qualified call is available to the first 25 clients. This rate is locked in for the lifetime of the client relationship and is non-transferable. Once all 25 founding slots are filled, the standard rate of $99 per qualified call applies permanently.

No Retainer

There is no monthly retainer, no management fee, and no minimum commitment under the Standard plan. Founding clients agree to a 3-month minimum commitment, after which the agreement converts to month-to-month.

Invoicing

Clients will be invoiced monthly for qualified calls that occurred during the prior month. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur 1.5% interest per month.

4. Intellectual Property

All content created by CallForgeOne for a client (including written content, outreach scripts, and campaign materials) is owned by the client upon full payment for the services rendered. CallForgeOne retains the right to use anonymized campaign results for marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

CallForgeOne's services are focused on pipeline generation, not closing. We do not guarantee that any qualified call will result in a sale, contract, or revenue. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. In no event shall CallForgeOne be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of any qualified calls that occurred prior to the termination date. Any founding client rate lock is forfeited upon termination.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Wyoming.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
